With 15 years recruitment experience, Caroline's recruitment career began in commercial recruitment with her remit being to manage and develop a busy and highly successful interim desk covering full client and candidate management.

More recently, Caroline worked as a Freelance Resourcing Consultant. focusing on temporary and permanent vacancies recruiting IT Managers, Site Managers, Front of House Managers and their staff and Client Managers, largely in Professional Services, Advertising/Marketing, Wealth Management.
